By browsing pharmacymay, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the site.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to create an account or place an order. Products intended for children must be purchased and administered by a parent or guardian.
Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline — for example if an item is out of stock or a payment can't be verified. Prices are shown in USD and may change at any time before an order is placed. Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment provider; we don't store full card details.
Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Once an order leaves our warehouse, delivery is handled by the carrier, and delays outside our control — weather, customs, courier issues — aren't something we can promise around.
Unopened, unexpired items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For safety reasons, opened medication, supplements, and personal care items can only be returned if they arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.

The pharmacymay name, logo, and site content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You're welcome to use the site for personal shopping, but not to copy, resell, or republish our content without permission.
To the extent permitted by law, pharmacymay isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased through it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be excluded under applicable law, such as liability for gross negligence.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a significant change, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email before it takes effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which pharmacymay is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
